康琪，江苏大学管理科学与工程专业博士，讲师，从事创业管理和区域发展相关研究。

主要参与3项省级课题，主持江苏省研究生科研与创新计划项目1项。分别为两个江苏高校哲学社会科学优秀创新团队主要成员。在《Knowledge Management Research & Practice》《European Journal of International Management》《International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research》等期刊发表学术论文4篇，其中SSCI检索3篇。参编“十三五”江苏省高等学校重点教材1部。
